Turn a real conversation into content
Start with something real a customer said, answer three questions and get a prompt for any AI. Members keep every story.
Good content starts with something real. Find one real conversation with a customer, then answer three questions about it.
At the end you get a prompt to paste into ChatGPT, Claude or whichever AI you use. It tells the AI to work from your words only.
Each step appears when you finish the one before it. You can go back and change anything at any time.

About your business
Fill this in once. It is kept for every story you tell.
For example: bookkeeping for small businesses in Geelong, a café in Ballarat or yoga classes online. For example: tradies who hate paperwork, locals after a good coffee or busy parents. For example: call or text, email, or book on my website.Your business

Something real
One conversation with one customer. Copy it in as it is, typos and all.
Bullet points and rough notes are fine. The AI tidies it up. It just needs your ideas.
Where to find it
- Your email. Search your inbox for "can you help" or "how much".
- Your messages. A text, a LinkedIn DM or a Facebook message you replied to.
- Your memory. Record a voice note telling the story of the last customer you helped. Your phone can turn it into words.
- Your notes. Notes from a call, a meeting or a workshop.
- Spoken, not written? Your phone can turn a voice note into words. Fix the names and trade words it gets wrong, but do not rewrite what you said.
- Your posts. Something you have already written about a customer.
Next time, collect it as it happens. Right after a job, record a one minute voice note while it is fresh: what was wrong, what you did and how it turned out.
Question 1 of 3
Who was it and what did they need?
Describe them so someone like them would recognise themselves. Use their own words for what they needed.
Bullet points and rough notes are fine. The AI tidies it up. It just needs your ideas.
Include: who they were, what was wrong when they came to you and why it mattered to them.
How to collect it: keep their first message word for word. Ask them "what made you get in touch today?"
Question 2 of 3
What happened and what do you know about it that others don't?
What you did and why. Something you have seen many times before or learned the hard way.
Bullet points and rough notes are fine. The AI tidies it up. It just needs your ideas.
Include: what you did, how it turned out and why it happens.
How to collect it: a voice note right after the job. Later, ask them how it went and keep what they say.
Question 3 of 3
What do you want someone like them to do next?
One thing, in plain words. Book a time, ask a question, join your email list or recommend you to a friend.

Your prompt
It asks the AI to make your content from your own words. It updates as you change your answers. Copy it into ChatGPT, Claude or whichever AI you use. Read what comes back out loud. If you would not say a sentence, take it out.
After you publish
Where it went
Paste the link to each piece once it is out, so you can find it again.
If it has a web version, its link. If not, the date you sent it.A week or so later
How did it go?
Replies, enquiries, what someone said to you or "nothing yet". Nothing yet is worth knowing too.
Rough notes are fine.
Include: anyone who got in touch because of it, what they said and anything you would do differently next time.
How to collect it: look through your inbox and messages for the week after. Ask new customers how they found you.
Stuck on an answer? Bring it to the free Tuesday workshop, 4:30 to 5:30pm Melbourne time. We work through it together.
