Customer Service Policy
Workshop and training services are delivered with the customer online and require that the influencerTips team turns up on time, is prepared and delivered as discussed. Whilst we will make every effort to accommodate last minute changes to workshop and consultation bookings, we do have constraints with other previously scheduled events.
Other services require an estimate before proceeding and are managed with a plan consisting of a series of 3-hour work items which are each signed off by the customer daily whilst doing work and to be considered done before invoice. Depending on work requirements, new customers are required to make a 50% part payment to start work.
If at the end of work a customer has a complaint then these will be reviewed on a one-by-one basis. In the case of a workshop, then a full refund will be made without questions asked. If the complaint is for 30-minute, 60 minute consultation and/or other services then a decision will be made on what is fair and reasonable for both parties. Any costs incurred by influencerTips will be limited by amounts paid by the client in the current monthly invoice period.
With all services transparency of progress will be provided and sign-off of part-work throughout is required to ensure that influencerTips is continuing to meet expectations. Additionally for any other services a prototype with limited features will be developed prior to work and this will be costed into the other services work plan.
At the completion of any work we will ask about all aspects of service delivery that we have agreed are important. If there is an issue influencerTips will seek to find a resolution.
Once a month influencerTips will ask all paid customers if you would recommend us to a friend and provide feedback. We do this to ensure that we are continuing to deliver on everything that we have promised.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. We may collect the following information: name, address and contact information including email address; demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests; and other information relevant to surveys and/or offers. We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons: internal record keeping; to improve our services; and we may periodically send promotional emails, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
