The first ten minutes we look at the question and what you might say, out loud and not written down. Then you record it. One take is normal and nobody watches you do it. After that it is ready to be published in your words.

Why a room and not a reminder

Recording on your own is hard and it has nothing to do with time. Sitting in front of a camera with nobody asking anything is the hard part.

Being asked a question is easy. You have answered your customers a thousand times. The workshop is somebody asking, so there is nothing to get started on.
