A supplier, a customer, an apprentice, a video at 1am.

If you only ever record one of these nine, make it this one. Saying you learned something and naming who from is the single most shareable thing an experienced person can say.

The shape to answer it in

1. The standing thing. One line of context.
2. Your experience, worn lightly. "I've only been doing this for twenty years."
3. One specific thing, today. Named and real.
4. The admission. Short, on its own line. This is the bit that travels.
5. A warm close. No ask.
